Our undermount bathroom sink was detaching from the countertop and was only resting on the plumbing pipe. The plumbers looked at the situation and Raphie, the company owner gave us quotes for a few options. My husband suggested another option that we went with. The plumbers diligently removed the old dried-out adhesive that longer supported the sink. Then, they remounted the sink and included metal strapping attached to the insides of the cabinet, holding the sink securely in place. They also replaced frozen shut-off valves and did a few other plumbing fixes. We are very happy with their work and their attention to detail.

We had to wait several months to have the work done due to weather, booked in March and done the first week of June. We were very happy with the work done by Chris and his company. First they sealed the cracks in the driveway and then sealed it. The driveway looks great.

A belated thank you to Cherry and Clark for their outstanding efforts to keep our home safe and dry. Earlier this year (February, 2017) during some winter rains, the roof leaked into our main hallway. We called a number of companies to quote the roof repair but chose Cherry and Clark because they came out promptly to do an emergency patch before the next anticipated rain storm. A week later, a full crew came by and removed and replaced out entire roof, upgraded the waterproofing membrane and completed the work with a minimum of disruption and did a very clean job in difficult weather conditions. The proof was the new roof stood up well to the heavy rains earlier this year. We highly recommend this company and our son chose to use them to replace their complicated roof on a challenging heritage home.

Our neighbours were doing work on our shared side yard using Hawksdale Landscaping so we decided to hire them to remove the goutweed that had overtaken our adjoining properties. Our neighbours previously had hardscaping work done by Anthony and highly recommended him. We asked for a quote for the removal of the goutweek and were given a verbal quote over the phone. We agreed to the quote but asked for a written quote so we would know what we were paying for. We never received a written quote. The work was started the day we gave a verbal okay. The goutweed was chopped down and sprayed. The following day sand and mulch were spread over the areas and eight plants of a non invasive variety were planted. Within a few weeks, and at the end of the growing season, the goutweed has returned and all but one of the plants has died. When questioned about the guarantee on the work done, we were told that there is no guarantee on weed control. We would never have spent the money on having the goutweed removed if we had known in advance that it would return so quickly. What a waste of money.
