I truly couldnt be happier with the professionalism, quality of work and customer care from this team for the renovation of my basement and two bathrooms. From the initial consult to the final day of work, I was well informed, listened to and respected. Communication was excellent and Darryl and team (including subtrades) were great to work with. He even had a great HVAC contact when my a/c blew mid-project! I am thrilled with the results and have attached a few before and after pics of the meticulous work. Darryl, Jason and Kate are the renovation dream team!

I am very happy with the work done by Land-Con. They are admittedly on the higher end in terms of cost but the one-stop service, responsive project management and quality workmanship left me feeling satisfied with the price in the end, especially with their guarantee. They listened to what I wanted and took care of everything from materials to clean up. I would use them again for sure.

The work not only involved painting but also a lot of prep work. Jon his crew member we're both meticulous and the end result is beautiful. The quoted price included all materials and high quality primer, so all I had to do was pick up the final colour. They were also courteous, punctual and hard working. I believe that any reno project by Jon would be undertaken with the same integrity and quality. It's obvious that it's just who he is.

I rented 45 bins from FrogBox for 5 weeks. I moved out mid December, renovated my new place and then moved in early January. FroxBox was easy to book and they showed up on time for both delivery and pick-up. The bins are solid - easy to pack - easy to stack and easy to pick up and move. The best part is that unlike cardboard boxes, the bins bear all the weight so there's no stress on the contents. The fact that they are reusable makes them environmentally friendly and the fact that you have to return them gives motivation to the unpacking process! Convenient, effective and affordable. I would definitely use this service again.

I am very happy with this company. They showed up on time with polite, respectful and hard working people and got the job done right. They moved me out, stored my belongings for 3 weeks while I renovated my new place and moved me in today. I would use them again for sure. The ease of full service for both moving and storage was of great value to me.
