This company was highly recommended and I contacted Dustin who responded immediately and promptly dropped by to give me a quote. He arranged for our windows to be cleaned within a couple of weeks. Mike and Nash arrived on time on the day arranged, they were efficient, very courteous, and did a really great job... we had no hesitation in booking this company to return in November for a pre-winter cleaning.

We purchased a 100 year old house knowing there was much work to be done, but didn't expect a very nasty sewer backup (fortunately our basement is unfinished) 4 months after we moved in. Our plumber snaked the sewer pipes, tree roots, old clay pipes, and neglect, were the causes and our pipes required major surgery. He suggested 'pipe lining' if possible as against wide ranging excavation required to replace the pipes. We researched 'pipelining' as we had never heard of this process and contacted Ontario Pipe Lining Limited. Cameron responded immediately and a camera scoping was arranged to establish if lining was feasible and the work and costs involved. Travis contacted us and explained that this could be done and outlined the scope of the work and costs. Rob and his exceptional team arrived starting work on Tuesday and finished on Friday ... they couldn't have been more efficient, working very hard every day, and were courteous, helpful, and inconvenienced us as little as possible. We are very happy with the work carried out and highly recommend this company.

Before checking on Home Stars I tried a couple of other companies and was not impressed. Either they were quoting ridiculously high prices and/or did not inspire confidence. I called Gas Fireplace Pro and was quoted $150 tx and offered an appointment next day. A very polite courteous technician arrived on time, placed a covering sheet on the floor, cleaned and serviced our glass fireplace carefully, quietly and efficiently. We were very impressed and have no hesitation recommending this company.

This is a follow up to a last minute dis-assembly and re-installation of an IKEA Besta Wall Unit. This was our 3rd move in less than 3 years, and if we include our daughter's move, this was the fourth. All four were made possible by Viktoria's incredibly courteous, efficient, helpful, and ever obliging crew led by Cormac. They arrived early, and stayed until the job was done. We interviewed a number of companies, including some very well-known, and chose Viktoria based on meeting Rocky, and on HomeStars reviews. Tibor and Cormack arrived early both days, worked very hard, and couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. Moving home is stressful, and they helped us through two very long days, helping us unpack on arrival. There were no hidden or extra charges, nothing was damaged, and we have already engaged the company to move our daughter to Montreal. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company, especially considering our experiences interviewing the competition! 5 stars PLUS!
