I recently had Aquaguard in to fix a leaky crack in my foundation. Luc arrived exactly at the appointed time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the process as he as doing it. Luc was very friendly. From the conversation(s) we had, you can tell that he cares and that he takes pride in his workmanship. Everything was done very professionally, from the time I called to set up an appointment to the completion of the job. I highly recommend Aquaguard.

Back in April we had Lakeshore Roofing and Eavestroughing in to replace the shingles on our roof. Dave stands behind his workmanship. He was instrumental with the warranty claim we had with BP Canada regarding shingles that we had installed in 2005. In all honestly, if it wasn’t for Dave’s assistance, we would not have received a settlement. His price was very competitive and we are very happy with the finished project. Have and would recommend Lakeshore Roofing and Eavestroughing.

We recently (August) finished off our “new” patio with Stobag Pergolinos. The pergolinos were purchased and installed by Sprowl Construction out of Paris Ontario. Tim and Robin were great to deal with. Tim came over a couple of times prior to the install to ensure that the products we ordered would be a proper fit. Due to the layout of our house and patio, we had to go with 2 pergolinos. Both pergolinos were installed in less than 5 hours and are aligned perfectly. If you are looking for a "shade structure", I would highly recommend contacting Sprowl Construction.

We recently had Advantage Windows & Doors in to replace our front door and a side door. Carl came over to take measurements and went through all the options with us. He was so easy to work with. We ended up with a custom front door, which was very reasonably priced. Carl and his crew did an excellent job with the installation. The door looks fantastic and we have received many positive comments regarding the looks, as well as the workmanship. I recommended Advantage Windows & Doors to our neighbors to have Carl and his crew replace their front door and their comment was: “they do great work”. I highly recommend Advantage Windows & Doors.

My wife and I just recently purchased a hot tub. As part of our search, we had been to several spa outlets in the Burlington and Oakville areas. Pioneer Pools in Burlington ended up being our last stop. Over the years, I had been to the store on Fairview Street numerous times for pool water testing and supplies. I always found the staff there to be quite helpful and courteous. Brett was the sales associate we dealt with during our hot tub purchase. He was great to deal with. Brett’s knowledge and no pressure attitude made a big impact on our decision process. He was very patient with us that day, explaining the different types of sanitizing systems and spa makes/models. I think we spent about 2 hours with him. Over the next 2 weeks he answered my numerous questions, making sure I was satisfied with the answers. When Brett was not available, Bill was able to answer our questions. We finally decided on the Caldera Geneva model. The delivery/install by Jay and Mark was quick and easy. They were both professional and courteous. They made sure I was happy with the install before they left. We had a minor issue with the light for the logo and Brett acted on it right away. The service department called that day to arrange a tech come out to fix it. From start to finish, the overall experience dealing with Pioneer Family Pools was very positive. We will definitely be recommending them to family and friends. 12/06/2018 - Update It’s been just over a year now since our hot tub was installed. We couldn’t be happier about our purchase. The “lounger” with the foot massage is my favorite position. My wife’s favorite is the “captain chair” with the palm massage. Doesn’t that just work out! I’m in the hot tub at least 5 times a week. We have had absolutely no issues with the hot tub. As for Pioneer Pools Burlington, they continue to be very helpful. Being a first time owner of a hot tub, I have had many questions over the year regarding proper water quality control. They have always took the time to answer my questions. I run into Brett from time to time and he is always asking how things are going. I go into the store at least once a month to get the water tested (at no charge I might add). Everyone always goes out of their way to be helpful and courteous. They have competitive prices regarding the chemicals. Even with the online stores. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and the after sales service from Pioneer Pools Burlington.
