they visited our main bathroom ,very old one may be since the house building time 1957, I described my request to them in a few sentences, after finalizing the details of the job, they emailed me the contract with a very reasonable cost and started the work on time. although some unforeseen problems occurred during the building , for example there was no insulation between the exterior wall, no space between bathroom wall and the fire place, air duct disconnection in the floor, no cement board and no isolation in the bathroom floor and so on, they did it without any complain or requested extra money for them. the project progressed according to the contract. to summarize the whole project they renovated an old, damaged, inefficient thermal and almost messy bathroom to a completely beautiful, warm and clean one based on our request. I sincerely appreciate their work, behavior , carefulness and skills and highly recommend them for renovation. t
