We needed to replace a cracked window so we figured may as well replace a few others that are older. We are on a pretty tight budget so we couldn't do all the windows at once. I had a few different window companies come to the house to assess our current windows and give a quote. Dimitri from Galaxy was very informative and professional. He identified a few windows that need to be replaced now and said the rest are not to be worried about. He gave us a price that was very competitive vs the other quotes I received and his installer, Alex was at the house within a couple days to take measurements and move the process along. The 7 new windows and rear patio door were installed in a day about 3 weeks after signing the contract. The installers were fast and left no mess after they were done. One window had an issue with the hardware. Dimitri had the manufacturer come correct the issue right away. Overall we were very satisfied with Galaxy windows and would recommend them to anyone.

Needed a new roof so I called 4-5 roofers to do some research. We had prices range from $5000 to $23,000 for the same job! When I met with Ryan of Elements, I had already met with other roofers so I was able to ask him specific questions. Ryan confirmed that he was doing all the same work with the same materials. He was just doing it much cheaper and was able to clearly explain why he was able to do it cheaper. In the end we were very happy with the job they did. I have a neighbor and some friends that will need new roofs in the spring and I have recommended Elements to them. Regardless, if you need roof work, you should meet with multiple roofers and get educated. Some just simply charge way too much and count on people accepting the first quote they see.
