I have had Greg install garage door openers at three different properties. He has supplied the hardware or happily installed units I have purchased on my own. Good quality work with decent pricing and good communication. Recommended.
Okay job with replacing seals in a mouldy front load washer, wish they could have scrubbed out the visible and accessible mould more thoroughly before installing the new seal though.
Replaced fascia on short notice
Wind tore off some fascia on my roof in July. Called some other places and said they were not booking small repairs for months. Baron came in a few days and took care of it.
Furnace retrofit and cleaning; gas hookup
MacKay converted our propane furnace back to natural gas when no one else would, and also hooked up the house to natural gas. Technician was very personable and displayed high level of workmanship, would call on again.
George performed a home inspection for us. Seemed thorough and was happy to have me tag along and ask questions while the inspection was underway. Start to finish about 2.5 hours. Quick response via email and text. Convenient payment via Interac EMT. Hard to say if anything was "missed" since I haven't moved in yet, but based on my observation of the inspection it seemed thorough enough.
