Your installer, Elliott, was prompt arriving at the time he indicated. He was efficient and very conscientious. He took the time to protect my floors to bring in the new tank and remove the old tank as well as removed wet footwear, despite having to take them off and put them back on, each time he had to go out and come back in. Upon removal of the old tank he cleaned the floor under the old tank before he placed the new one in position. He took the time to explain how the system worked to start and set water temperatures. He was very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend your firm and Elliot to anyone, be it family or friend, that would require the type of service provided.
