Very pleased with the work of Jon and Shane. Very professional and willing to listen to remedying any situations that had to be dealt with in the past, such as putting in new controls and faulty wiring, and fitting of a new system in the space that was allotted. Also, the piping of the in-out air flow pipes are impressive.

Very friendly and professional! Shortly after the install my basement flooded. I called them and they came out the next morning. By this time everything had dried and they were unable to determine the source of the leak. Next time I will be calling their emergency line, as my house was on it's best behaviour when the plumber came out!

Replaced the water tank and furnace replaced and works fine and older are dumped .the works did succeed nice work nice and clean

Wendy was great to work with re contract and scheduling install. Wendy also facilitated a change from leasing to buying the unit outright. I appreciated that, and the change was straight forward and easy to do.
- installers came on time to install and finished early, that was good.
- installers did an good job of install, I think,? , but left the gas pipe connected to previous tank hanging down and easy to walk onto because it hangs down eye level where we walk now that the old tank is removed. I asked about moving the pipe and was told it was a separate cost, $200.00 and I would have to call office for another appointment. I think the pipe should have been moved as part of the removal and new tankless unit install.
- installer took my winter block heater extension cord, which was hanging in the garage,and used it to plug into the new heating unit. He did not ask to use it . Did not replace extention cord with another one.
Is the cord going to be replaced?
- installer helped himself to a Red Bull from a case in my storage room. Then he put the empty can upside down in a camping supply box. I think taking the drink without asking was inappropriate. I was also not happy having to spent time cleaning sticky Red Bull from my camping gear. Not cool.
-I would have been happy to provide a drink if he asked for one and I did give installers a couple bottles of water when they finished.
-I would like to give a fully positive review but the taking stuff from my home without asking first makes me wonder what else was taken and makes me wonder whether I can trust the work was done right or whether there were short cuts taken with the install and equipment used. The lack of common sense around small courties of asking for stuff may seem like a small thing but it is really a big thing for me.

My furnace stopped working all of a sudden. I had good results with Friesen's in the past installing a hot water tank through Home Depot, so decided to contact them for a new furnace quote. Wendy at the office sent out someone to quote that afternoon. I had my new furnace installed two days later. Wendy helped me with my payment through Home Depot (18 months no interest as well as a 10-year parts and labor warranty) and advised me how to get the Energy rebate.
The fellows installing the furnace worked hard to ensure that it would be working by the end of the day. Price was fair and comparable to another quote I received. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them in the future!
