Colleen, company owner, was a pleasure to work with. She kept me informed of project installation dates, explained the process and answered all my questions with professionalism and understanding. The installation team worked with amazing momentum to get the job done. They were very diligent in all aspects of the workmanship with attention to details. Lit Electric has completed two jobs for me and I was very pleased both times. They are skilled electricians and also tidy, organized and polite. They don't cut corners, got the ESA cert. quick both times. If you want a job done right call Lit Electric.

The installers tore out the wrong door. The company's initial solution was to install the garage man door in place of my perfectly good door in my kitchen (3 doors were being installed). The onsite supervisor did not apologize and acted surprised I was upset by this massive error. Further, it came to light that the lead installer was not able to read the specifications. The attached photo was how they ended up replacing the door they tore out in error until the replacement arrived. The side door was not functional for nearly a month. After escalating the concern to Home Depot complaints Peak Installations agreed to replace the door but I had to continue to press to get a storm door as the original had been removed when they took out the door. Even on the day Peak Installation returned to install the door the supervisor expected me to go out and purchase the door handle and again seemed surprised I expected the company provide one. After calling the Home Depot store manager this was quickly resolved.
