Shannen the customer service manager was fantastic to deal with, start to finish. They offered a hassle free quote process, only needing to send them a few details and photos about our existing furnace and the AC installation area. They offered all information upfront about permits and installation relative to codes when asked. Their installation team showed up on time, were very professional and courteous. They took time to lay down carpet and ensure they were clean. They explained the entire system and were upfront about all the costs. This company was a pleasure to deal with, and I am glad I selected them (they made it an easy choice from the start).

I contacted River Valley Final Grade to complete a final grade, landscape design, and installation of the landscaping. Kendra was exceptional throughout the process and kept me updated on dates they would be doing the work. The prices quoted were upfront, no hidden fees, and cheaper than competitors. The owner, Vunya, was a pleasure to deal with when I had a small concern about the work completed. He addressed my concern and had it rectified the next day. There were some delays due to weather, but that is expected in Alberta. Vunya and his team kept me apprised on the rescheduled dates due to bad weather. I recommend RVFG and will be calling them when I buy my next property.
