Lots to like about London Eco-Roof Manufacturing. First, I contacted the more established players in my area for my 1830's stone house. After a lot of to'ing and fro'ing both never came through (price was not the issue). When I contacted London Eco-Roof, Brian came by right away, gave me a quote on the spot (which was competitive). Noting that I was very concerned about a potential leak situation developing (I have heritage plaster ceilings), they came through within the week with the water proof membrane and strapping and followed up immediately with a top notch installation. They kept the worksite tidy, they were courteous and fixed a small aberration that I noticed (aesthetic one around my stone chimney). All in all, they have a great product, a solid no-nonsense warranty (read the others to compare!), great installers and professional pre and post-sales follow up. And they are cost competitive. What more could you want? Five stars, guys!

After buying a brand new wood-pellet grill, I noticed immediately that there was defect in the grill, resulting in heat loss and uneven cooking. Ontario Gas BBQ refused to help in any way and referred me to the manufacturer (even though the grill was brand new). The manufacturer referred me back to the store...This continued for two FULL years -- the grill simply rusting meantime -- until the problem was resolved by another dealer (who has won my repeat business!). Rest assured, I won't be buying a barbecue from them again, nor deal with this manufacturer. Shop around and you will find better deals and service elsewhere. I don't generally post negative reviews, but in this case I feel that the full picture needs to be painted so others don't find themselves in the same situation. Caveat emptor.

Riz knows his kamado BBQs. FD (Queensway location) was the first place I was able see the top grills side by side: Saffire, Kamado Joe and Big Green Egg. Riz was patiently and knowledgeably able explain the differences (I asked a lot of questions). I could tell he was speaking from first hand experience as an avid griller himself. In the end I chose Saffire mainly because of the quality of the construction and have been delighted.
