We had a squirrel in between two floors of our house. We couldn't find an entry point. They came in, found that they were entering from our neighbors side of the house. He put in a one way door, and the following week came by to check on everything. We have had no issues since. The best part was that he provided pictures throughout the process to illustrate what was being done. I would highly recommend them.
