We had had our HVAC systems upgraded and used Northern Insulation to do the assessment for the Enbridge rebates. We also topped up our attic insulation for a further rebate. The Northern team was excellent from start to finish! All went smoothly from start to finish.

I hired Manny through a co-worker referral and very happy with his workmanship. He is always on time and everything went as planned even though we added to the scope of the job....very accommodating!! He added trim and details we were not expecting and made a big difference with how the rooms look....looks great. Manny also took care of some details for me that I had promised would be done before the job started without complaint. I had run out of time and he was gracious enough to do these things for me. We had all new flooring laid, new baseboards and door/window casings, skimmed ceiling totally smooth after removing "popcorn" ceiling throughout. He had his Electrician wire in pot lights after Manny installed them...laser straight!! He then prepped and painted pretty much the whole house....looks absolutely wonderful
