Work was excellent. Price was ridiculous! Charged for two service calls when the work was obvious . Diagnostic charge was $200 when the work was obvious. $500+ due to new regulations. Would have been $100-200 previously. Would not have used the service other than it was Thanksgiving weekend and most services were not available. Will never use Rooter again and would strongly advise any one not to use it? The workmen were not to blame and were very professional.

If you are referring to us having to return with a second technician due to us having to enter a confined space, we are sorry, but safety is our top priority.
