He answered all my questions and produced a competitive quote provided in a pocketed portfolio. Because they were ahead of scheduled, Stephanie called and said they could start the job in two days time. The material arrived at exactly the time they specified and one hour later the five-man crew was busy at work in a proficient manner. The foreman was very experienced and again answered all my queries. When the roof was completed, I received a call from Done Right asking if I had any problems. I mentioned a minor clean-up problem and, during the next four hours, I received a visit from three different company supervisors - including my estimator Phillip, making sure the problem was resolved and that I was completely satisfied. That is what I call customer service. As I said at the beginning, this is a very professional company with helpful, friendly staff - especially Phillip and Stephanie.
