The entire organization is VERY professional and stands out from any other repair service I’ve dealt with. Right from the initial telephone contact, they were courteous, helpful and professional. The repair technician arrived right on time, the repair was completed quickly (they charge by 15 minute intervals, along with an initial base charge) and there were NO surprises. They may or may not be the least expensive (I didn’t shop around because I am quite particular who I hire. We have used their services previously on our refrigerator, and that was a great experience as well.) If you set the bar high when searching for repair service, look no further!
