The most comforting and professional experience came from Royal Stone! I wish I had found them the first time. My interlock experience started with another contractor by the name of Showcase contracting, who took my money and left my property in a mess. My contact with Royal Stone was Ken, and he was extremely professional and empathetic to my situation. He took the time to examine the property and made suggestions on how he could fix the mess that was left behind. There was no pressure in signing a contract or even hiring them to do the job, he provided me a fair quote and simply asked to call him if we will move forward with the project. Upon confirming that we were going to hire Royal Stone, Ken and a crew of at least ten professionals came and completed the job in 2 days. OUTSTANDING! Ken updated me on the status of the project at all times (which was always well ahead of schedule), and was always professional.
