John was great. He is an independent business owner who takes pride in his work and treats his customers well. He was on time, efficient and cleaned up after himself. In addition, the cost was within his estimated quote and actually the best price of the quotes I sought out. He also guarantees his work for one year. My parents had initially been quite reluctant to hire another plumber (after a bad experience with another plumber), John was the complete opposite and I would highly recommend him.
