Victoria in Port Credit

This is the 2nd time we used Viktoria Movers and we were not disappointed. We used them 5 years ago and were very happy with the service so we called back. This move is a little more complicated, being done in 2 parts: first a pack and move to storage and later a pack and move to a new home. Cormac came out and did a free estimate for us for both parts and worked with our budget. He was flexible on timing. The day of the movers (Kevin, Andre, Matthew, and Morgan) were friendly and professional and worked hard! They were great with my 2.5 year old son who was very interested in them. Was very satisfied with the first part of our move, and it made me feel confident for the next one. Thanks!

We had a whole room of furniture, 20ish bags of garbage and a patio set to be removed. When we called Marc he gave us a very detailed explanation of his cost/ process. He came out on time, at our conveniance (evening), and gave us a free estimate. We were very happy with the price. Marc and his associate were friendly, punctual and professional. The work was done quickly, accuratly and with great care. Will definitely be using them again! Thanks We-Haul!

Rocky and Viktoria movers were professional and friendly right from the start. Rocky came to our house to do a flat rate quote or we had the choice of an hourly rate. I was very happy to have him come to the house because it was nice to meet him before committing to hiring the company. We felt much more confident that we could trust the company and we would have a successful move. We went with the flat rate quote which was very reasonable since we have a large house and alot of stuff! On moving day Rocky was a bit late because of a problem with the subway, but he called us before he was due to let us know, and we didn't mind at all. The movers put down runners on all of the stairs to save our carpets. They shrink wrapped everything to keep it safe and dry (it was raining all day). All three of the movers were friendly and professional and took everything in stride. I felt completely confident having them handle our more precious items. They dissembled and re-assembled all of our furniture. They provided wardrobe boxes and mattresses bags free of charge. In the end they got everything moved. They stayed until the job was done. They were extremely hard workers and made our move so much less stressful then it could have been. Thank you so much Rocky and Team! We hope we can use you again in the future!
