A raccoon invaded my house and was walking around inside the walls. My internet search for help led me to the YouTube channel. I was expecting a YouTube star, but Nick came. :) Nick explained the problems and the solutions very clearly and got to work right a way. The follow up work was done promptly and professionally as well. Nick was very professional and courteous and became a real star to our family.
