My experience with the purchase of my hot tub has been great. Kevin and Chrisitan were both very helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how they didn't make negative comments about their competition, when we brought up features from other hot tubs. They focused on their product and provided us with additional knowledge to help us with our decision. Their customer service is excellent as well.
