Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Evam Canada Inc., the best customer service ever, I installed an Air conditioner and Heating System about five years ago and I thought it’s about time for some maintenance and cleaning, I contacted Evam Canada to perform this service, today, Ed Ghobrial came over and was extremely helpful and honest, it’s a pleasure dealing with such a company, integrity and honesty is the best description for this company, I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends

By far the worst customer service ever, Metropolitan Mechanical Services Inc. installed a Lennox Gas Furnace and an AC unit, they attached a drainage tube larger than the small tube coming out of the furnace and just left it there, It was not installed properly and when the drainage tube fell, the water leaked on the furnace.. when I called and asked for someone to re-inspect the installation and to confirm that the furnace was not damaged due to the water leak, Mr. Feroze refused to even listen to my concerns, even when I asked him for his email to send him a pictures, he refused to give me his email address, Please be extra cautious dealing with this company

We have a corner lot and we needed to prune 5 trees to keep them healthy and to prevent the squirrels from accessing the house roof, after submitting a service request on HomeStars to MacArthur’s Home Services, Brad contacted me the same day and scheduled a visit, during the visit, Brad listened to my concerns, addressed all the issues, gave me sound advice and promptly sent me a reasonable quote, on the scheduled service day, the team arrived on time, they were very professional, did an excellent job in a timely manner, I’m very satisfied with the work done and I would highly recommend MacArthur’s Home Services and I will certainly call them again if I ever need tree service
