I am writing this review after having Mark Habib come in to re-design my kitchen 4 years ago; he came in with a lot of ideas and claimed to be a professional in installing IKEA kitchens I never did reviews online at the time and bought every word he said and boy have I paid the price. Was very prompt in the beginning until it came to fixing all the job flaws later - and there were many - uneven backsplash, sealant not put, leaks, paint job was incomplete, grout in the tile’s was not properly done etc. etc. Currently redoing my countertops and what a costly affair it has been - I felt compelled to write a review because of the rubbish job done. Still I feel I got away luckier than some others (compared to a lot of other reviews)

Christopher and his team over at Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning were very efficient from coming and providing a quote to confirming the new furnace and install. If there is one thing I have to fault them on and where they lose a star in my opinion is that they didn’t communicate to me that they were going to be running late. I understand emergencies come up but it would have been nice to have a heads up as to how late they were going to be. Instead I had to call and find out when they were coming in. Other than that the removal of the old furnace and the install of the new one went very smoothly and they were done within 2-3 hours. Would gladly use and recommend them to family and friends for their competitive pricing and efficiency.
