We are very pleased with the job Bronson performed on one side of our house and our neighbours were as well with the work which was done on their house. After many years of great service this heating company, we found out that our oil furnace and oil tank were beyond their expiry dates. We decided to switch to a gas furnace after 33 years of using oil. All of the service personnel and oil delivery men were absolutely great and polite. Our special kudos go to Mickey, whose lovely voice and perfect manners made this company a pleasure to deal with. We sent her flowers as thanks for our pleasant phone conversations over the years.

We cannot say enough about this company and its wonderful staff from initial visit to our home to give us a quote right up to the final installation. A complication arose when we had to remove the old oil furnace and old oil tank before getting the gas line installed due to extensive concrete foundation work on our basement which was urgent. Fall came on and we didn't have the gas line installed and were very cold. We are both seniors and have health problems. Signature staff came over on Halloween night and re-connected the old oil system until we could get the gas line put in. We finally got the gas in and furnace installed on December 13th 2017. We will never forget their kindness and consideration for two old people.

Eric’s Concrete Services saved our 99-year-old home by demolishing our two old bearing foundation walls and replacing them with new, reinforced walls which will last for centuries. All of the people who worked on this project were polite, punctual, cheerful and so hard-working despite the heat and having to operate in a constricted, sloping space between houses on a narrow dead-end street. Our neighbours have commented on how tidy they kept the work site and the street. Special kudos must go out to Rick and Mimo, the foremen, and also to manager Scott for seeing the whole enterprise through from start to finish with unfailing cheerfulness.
