Kathy who built it was Awesome and amazingly incredible! Ashley who designed it was was amazing. The email communication was too generic and impersonal. Brenda was great at channelling and redirecting the upset with communication. The wait was far too LONG! The price was fair! But I didn't get my velvet jewellerydrawer ldue to miscommunication.
