Call Better General Appliance Service this AM and they responded by noon. Checked out the gas oven, determined it was the igniter, installed it and was gone in 40 minutes from arrival. Service peerson was a total professional. Kudos to Roy

I did many estimates and this company was not the most expensive nor the cheaper but I liked their professionalism during the estimate phase. Excellent phone service and on time for the estimate. I had to have 2 fruit trees, about 20+ years old removed as they were no longer productive. They came on time, took down the trees, cleaned up, missed the wires that one tree overhung, ground the stump to 12 inches below ground at an extra cost but really worth it. They cleaned up the chips from stumper and filled the hole with topsoil. A company worth considering as they are truly professional and very very tidy.
Replaced old front windows with bow windows
Had Foster's replaced the old front windows and a side storm door, circa 1960's on the front of the house with new energy efficient bow windows and a new aluminum thick storm door, made a real difference in sound absorption and keeps room cool. They also fixed drywall, at extra cost but reasonable, that had been leaked on by the old windows. Recent storms proved that the job was watertight. If took them 3 days in the worst heat of the summer. In the interests of full disclosure, they replace my other upper windows in 1992 and the basement windows in 1995. You can always reach them and they do a great job and always cleaned great with no mess left behind each day.
