Removal of family of four raccoons from my garage, clean up and securing the garage from re-entry.
Derek of the SWAT Wildlife team did an excellent job. His communication was very good on the options and best approach to humanely getting the raccoons to check out of my garage. He managed the schedule during a break in the midst of a record cold spell in Toronto in January 2018, and he did some extra unanticipated clean up of droppings that was not expected to be part of the job. As soon as I called to advise that I saw tracks indicating that they had left through the trap door Derek installed for them, Derek returned to get the tap door and secure the access point against future invasions. I am one happy customer of SWAT Wildlife.
