I hired KBS to do some minor repairs to my aging wood retaining wall. He didnt shy away from the small job. Communication was great from the start. Troy was quick to respond to my estimate request and came by quickly to view the job. He explained what would be done while viewing the jobsite and answered any questions I had. During the work, he went above & beyond by offering to help with something I had started plus fixed another small issue he came across during the work. Nice guy, good job! I would definitely consider KBS for future work on my property.

I had large, unsightly ripples in my carpet throughout the entire house. Tim responded to my estimate request promptly, came out when promised to provide a detailed estimate. His website is very thorough and helpful, so I already had a rough idea of what the job would cost. He came back at the agreed time and finished the job quicker than I expected. He then took the time to explain what likely caused the issue to begin with. The carpet looks almost like new again and I'm so happy! He also offers a 3 year warranty, which makes me extra happy. I also greatly appreciated that he followed the covid safety protocols.

I spent a lot of time trying to get estimates for some stucco repairs and patching I needed done. After dealing with a lot of frustration, David was refreshing. He showed up when he said he would for the estimate and seemed to know his business. Their pricing seemed comparable to other experienced companies. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I wasn't really sure when they were coming or going because they just seemed to mind their own business and do what they had to do. Not a problem though because they always answered my questions when I asked., whether in person or email. In the end, we did a walk through and they patched any areas they had previously missed. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I've used a couple of different plumbers recently & decided to give Knight a try. Although the call out fee was slightly higher than others, the pricing for the work itself was middle of the road. Jason was professional, efficient & took the time to explain what the possible problems/fixes were. He started with the easiest & cheapest option for the old faucet. Luckily the part was available and solved the problem quickly. It saved me from a brand new installation. I would definitely call them again.
