Kevin Macdonald replaced the defective unit (under warranty) which was blinking on and off. Kevin also provided advice on various settings on our two units to optimize usage and comfort. He also provided service on June 13, 2016. He is a very congenial, helpful and well-informed person who is always willing to offer any follow-up assistance to ensure customer satisfaction. It was a pleasure to have him as your service representative.
