As this is the fifth review you've submitted over the last week, but the seventh in total, we feel the consumer/business relationship is unrepairable and your feedback is merely for public reference. The Better Business Bureau claim was disposed of, by their organization, as there are no further services and your project is deemed completed. All answers to your above & other published reviews are answered within the Better Business Bureau complaint case, as you know.

We notified the customer of your response and requested a reply indicating their position. The consumer indicated they were not satisfied with the information your business provided. However, it appears you have made a reasonable attempt to address the dispute.
This matter is now closed in our files and will appear on the company's BBB Business Review as: "The Business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either (a) did not accept the response, OR (b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction".
