Can't rave enough about this company! We'd tried other pool companies, and were so glad Pool Mates was recommended to us. Polite, cheerful, dependable and helpful, the staff really take customer service seriously. Whether it's energy saving recommendations or how they treat your property and equipment, they always go that extra step ensuring you have the best service possible.
Cozy Comfort Plus was actually recommended by our Alarm Company. We'd come home to a partially flooded basement and needed to resolve the problem asap. The representative carefully talked us through the situation, helped us temporarily stop the flooding and scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a snafu with scheduling and they didn't come until the following day. That's why we can only give them a 4-star satisfaction rating. They were extremely apologetic about their mistake and the technician who came was fantastic. He was fast, efficient, super personable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. They also took the time to check in with a follow up phone call a few days later. We would highly recommend them.
