I called to set up an appointment concerning a squirrel problem in my attic. Derek and Eden arrived at the agreed upon date and time well prepared and with a friendly and professional attitude. Within minutes they located the problem high up on my roof, followed by a thorough inspection of the attic to assess and report any other potential issues. We then discussed various prevention options and an exit door was promptly installed at the point of entry allowing any remaining squirrels to exit safely but not get back in. The whole process took about 30 minutes and gave me the peace of mind that I needed knowing that the issue was quickly resolved and no animals would be trapped inside. The temporary exit door will be removed and completely sealed up in about a week. Definitely money well spent! Great job and thanks to You both!
