We were looking for an nice wood option to cover our concrete balcony. We contacted a couple of vendors and settled on Skyscapes after David totally undercut his competition. We agreed to the install and paid the first half on June 2, 2016. After numerous delays we thought we had an install date and then received an email on June 20 that the product arrived mislabelled. He only had enough product to cover "half ur balcony". So we again rescheduled. The product was finally installed over a month later on July 4th. We reported the boards were warping the NEXT day. See photo. We again reported issues with warping on July 17 and July 25. We had to schedule time of work again and again for Dave to come and replace boards- a total of four visits. On August 3 our first timer for the lighting died. The second timer died on September 9. I believe we are on our 4th timer now. On August 23, we returned home from a vacation and found numerous boards had cracked in several spots. The deck looks horrible. It's embarrassing. The boards are popping up and cracked in several spots. Skyscapes insists this can be fixed with oil but oil does not fix warping and cracking. I wish we'd just built it ourselves.
