Sept 1 update: Received a call from their manager and apparently the firm moved location and had issues with the phone company. He updated the issue with the glass that was reordered and promised a follow up by the end of August. I did get an update yesterday and all going well, all should be done by the end of next week. The timely follow up has improved my opinion of Alma and if it gets installed next week it will improve again. The true test of customer service is not when things go smoothly but when things get off track. So far, I'm seeing a firm that does care about its reputation and quality.
August - Door seems of good quality but problems with the glass have not been resolved after 2 visits and too many calls to count.
No call backs despite promises to replace the front door glass.
If you're lucky and all goes well, you get a decent product but if you have after install problems, good luck getting it fixed.
I could not recommend this firm due to the poor service.
