Window Experts installed 2 doors and 4 windows for us. The installations went as planned and were satisfied with their performance. We recently had issues with the front door - requiring added strength to shut, something that had only started occurring recently. After a few attempts coordinating a service call, Window Experts sent someone to review and repair the door. The person who came to our door was the same person that installed the door - providing a friendly and familiar face to the work/company. He not only repaired the problem but improved some other issues - all at no additional cost to our family. Great service and true to their word.
