Home Depot was quick to send out a great guy, Randy, to do the initial estimate. The installers were quick and efficient and did the job well. The Home Depot representative who was my contact throughout the process, Karen C., was amazing. My initial install date was in July, after tenants were moving in, and she found a way to get the windows in before move in day. She moved mountains for me. My door took longer than the 8 weeks home depot suggests is normal, which was a bit annoying and why i do not give 5 stars. Thanks to the team for the great service.

Paul was friendly, dependable, and clear about the parameters of his quote. When we realized the knob and tube was far more extensive than we initially realized, he approached me to negotiate a very fair new quote. He was also flexible as my renovation plans changed. I would highly recommend working with Paul! He also worked really well with my contractor, which made the renovation smooth and less stressful for me.
