B&K in Campbell River

We heard about Jason Sunday and Urban Creations through two of my cousins who loved his work. Jason guided us in the renovation process and gave us confidence in the options we proposed (sink location moved, interior wall positions adjusted, slider door replaced). At our first meeting he saved us $12,000 alone on our proposed cabinet supplier selection. He is organized, professional and works quickly - a marvel to watch him and his assistant on site. The associates he brought in for the drywall, plumbing, electrical and gas fitting were also excellent. We could not have been happier with the results and highly recommend Urban Creations. Note: Through no fault of Jason we did have one irritating supplier delay (counter tops), which was not a problem with a temporary cooking space created in our garage..

Much thanks to Kevin P, Andre P, and Alex R for their helpful, easy going, professional workmanship. We kept our small part of the bargain by clearing an access for the crew to do their work and they did the rest - methodically working around the house, cleaning up as they went. For us, it was a lot of money to spend - but it was money well spent. The house looks terrific both inside and out. The inside trim leaves us with no follow up work to do. Also street noise sounds are down and we are looking forward to heating bill savings this winter. The 20 yr warrantee was a welcome bonus. Thanks again.
