I explained the problem and he provided an initial opinion of the severity of the leak. We decided to schedule an appointment for the following day. A couple hours later the leak worsened. So I contacted Paul and he was on-site within an hour. He was professional and competent. He was very good at explaining the problem and his proposed solution. I would definitely recommend him.
