After spending two hours almost every day watering our front yard, garden beds and back yard over the last few years during peak summer months, we met with some of the top irrigation contractors to help us design and install a sprinkler system that could be automated and conserve water at the same time. They took the time to demonstrate the system and how to configure the same through a convenient phone app and manually. John uncovered an issue with the app connecting to Wi-Fi once the work was complete and did not accept any payment until the issue was fully resolved which was later the same day. We hired Barbara for design consultation on our kitchen and bathroom renovations and were happy with that. Barbara not only shared certain key points to keep in mind while interviewing contractors but also shared ideas on some of the other overlooked areas of our home including entryway, living and bedroom spaces. Some of the ideas with better furniture choices would help us with better space utilization and we probably should've had this consultation years ago before investing in all furniture. Towards the end of our consultation, we were provided with hand drawn sketches and some detailed notes over a follow up email.

Chris did a fantastic job with our closet organization design and install in our walk in closet, guest bedroom and kids bedroom. We've had the original builder's single shelf and hanging rods for years and got used to them until we realized that things could be done better. We did look at other DIY options before we met Chris who was punctual, asked us the right questions and did an onsite design in 3D to help us visualize what the end product would look like. We met with a few other contractors, some of which quoted almost double the price. Chris also shared samples for us to decide what we would prefer at different price points. His recommendations based on experience definitely helped us. We made changes twice after looking over the original designs which were accommodated gladly. Chris confirmed our booking and arrived on time. He completed the work within a few hours and made sure the closet spaces and even the driveway where he worked were left spotless. I would definitely recommend Chris for anyone who's looking for a better way to organize closets as the organization had a much bigger impact on our mood when we walk in to that space now.

Woke up to a loud noise in the house and could not figure what until the next morning when the garage door would only open a few inches off the ground trapping my car inside. Since the day we moved in to our home a few years ago, we always missed not being able to enjoy our backyard more often without a patio and finally decided to go for it. The crew was super energetic and everything was very well coordinated with delivery of supplies, machinery, manpower etc. as the project moved along. We watched in awe as the crew brought down our worn out deck and everything started to fall in place. The crew was careful not to damage any of the exterior walls. With the perfection that everything was moving along, we were glad that we made the right decision. It looked like they've practiced this a hundred times before and knew exactly how all the components jive together. The job completed ahead of schedule and Kevin made sure that the work site, side-walks, street etc. was all left the way it was before they arrived. Once they left, we could not even tell that they were ever here, just that we now magically had a patio we love. This review sure has been long overdue (as we're on our patio most of the time) and hence a detailed one.
