I had some masonry repaired on my house during the work the company ruined some straps and scraped the coating on a couple of my down spouts. I called John knowing he does such a great job I wanted him to repair the issues knowing I would need to pay as it had nothing to do with John's workman ship or materials. John informed me if he had the colour in-stock it would cost nothing, these things happen he said. He came out looked at the job, was sorry to tell me I had picked a special order colour he does not carry but he would order it in and that would be the extent of my cost. In a time when we are all treated like a number or the next meal ticket, John goes that extra mile for his customers. He is professional and takes pride in his craft. His employees are very polite and work very well together. I have already recommended his company to my father inlaw for some work he needed and a few neighbours. If you want a job well done for a reasonable price and get treated like a real person John is your man

We hired the gardener in Richmond Hill after my father in-law used them for a year. He was very happy with their work he was using them to cut the grass. We were having trouble with weeds and grass not growing so we called. We signed up for the spraying, soil correction and fertilizer. They never called or set a day to come, we have a dog so hard to just have someone walk into your yard with no notice. They sprayed for weeds with no info as to what we should do or not do and left. That night dark brown stains appeared on our fence, deck and down spouts. We were told it was because our fence was not sealed, for the record we had just had it washed and sealed a month before. So now I am left with a cedar fence that looks like crap. Not impressed at all.

after a year past things started showing up. One section of the railing around the deck had no screws in it except the ends the board is now bowing up. All the corners of the deck railing do not match up. Boards do not match up in the fence (different spacings. Brandon told me they do not use screws on the floor boards that the nails would be sunk in and not be noticeable. What did happen is most of the nails were not sunk in and they have started coming loose and the boards are now moving around when you walk on them. Our retaining wall we now have the top level moving and rocking.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The 2 windows they ordered where ordered in the wrong color and they told us do not worry they will fade. The rooms they painted they left unpainted areas in the closet. They broke the entrance to the attic and never told us or repaired it. The garage wall framing and insulation was to stop a draft in the upstairs bathroom that did not work. They where to put back the storage shelf in the garage with out tell me the built a new one and charged me, they also used my cedar wood to build a step back into my house with out asking. The finishing detail on the windows inside one was done but the older gentleman and was nice the upstairs one was done by the son in law and it was terrible, rough and unsanded basically slapped together. They would not give us a quote of all the work we wanted telling us it would be cheap while they where here. When it came to that work they got a bigger job and left. We since have had to have people in to repair they work.

John was the only one to answer my call in person, the rest of the companies I contacted on here where never in their offices or returned my calls. I also sent emails was responded to by northshore eavestroughing, they told me in 7 days they would have an estimator out a month later I was on the look for another company. John came out the day after we spoke on the phone. Explained the job in detail and gave options with their own quotes, so it really was up to me what I wanted he never pressured me in any way. My wife and I waited to give our review till the first rain it is wonderfull not to see water dripping from the ends of all the eaves or have our window well fill with water. Great job guys.
