I had seen 2 houses in different parts of Toronto where the Hardie install looked absolutely amazing. Turns out they were both done by Tony and his teams. Tony and Jose the installer were a pleasure to deal with. Tony kept me in the loop as to the start date of the project and was open to the window trim details I was looking to have done. The job done speaks for itself. If every tradesperson carried themselves as these two did then the construction industry would have a better reputation. No shortcuts were taken and close attention was paid to the details throughout the project. I can't recommend Tony and Jose enough. If you want a professional job done by professional people then contact Westwood Aluminum is who you should call.

I was looking to have 100+ feet of foundation waterproofed. Jamie and the team did an awesome job and went above and beyond the call of duty. They were professional, courteous and kept me in the loop at all times. I had a sun room I was supposed to remove in advance so they could access the 17 inch space between our neighbours house. Unfortunately I was only able to remove a part of it ahead of time. They came in with their digger and offered to take care of the rest. This project was expected to take 3 days but was done in 2. Thorough job from beginning to end. They left the yard as clean as it was when they arrived and were considerate when entering the house to not wake our sleeping baby. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who wants their house waterproofed the right way.

Went and got 3 quotes for my neighbours and I to get our shingled roof done at the same time. This one was the lowest quote of the bunch, but the service was also the best. Slavik was very thorough from beginning to end. He kept me in the loop about when the job was going to be done and took the time to give me various options to do the roof correctly. Roof looks amazing! They also did a superb job cleaning up afterwards too. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them for all future projects.

I am good at completing many of the fixes that I've needed in my home, but when I tackled my kitchen renovation, I needed an expert tiler to install the floor tiles. With the 12'' x 24'' tile style my wife and I wanted, I needed someone who could work with these long tiles in an 80+ year old home where the floor and walls aren't perfectly level. Also, my kitchen is relatively small (10 ft x 10 ft) so I wasn't sure how easy it would be to have someone come out to complete such a small space within the time period I needed. Luckily, I heard about G & G Magic Touch services from a customer in the tile store who overheard I needed a tiler. This customer proactively offered the name/phone number of G&G Magic Touch Services because they did work for her before. While I was talking to this customer, the store salesperson also gave an immediate glowing recommendation of G&G. I met with G&G Magic Touch Services and showed them my place. Because I had issues with a floor that dipped in different places, I was pleased to see how thorough they were. They went down with me into my basement to test out the different areas of the floor; one person stepped in various spots in the kitchen, and the other marked where the dips were. They were with me for a couple of hours in this initial (free) consultation and I was really impressed. I hired them for the job and from start to finish, they met their commitments. My floor was braced in the basement to create a solid kitchen floor, the tiles arrangement was well-planned and expertly installed. I enjoyed having G&G Magic Touch Services as my tiler for many reasons. Besides the fact that they're good, honest, hardworking people, I now have the floor I needed because: - They have great skills; they have excellent attention to detail and made sure I was pleased with their work every step of the way (I even commented to my wife that I felt that Gilles was an artist - not a tiler). - They're not just tilers; Gilles is an expert handyman and can provide recommendations for services (even ones he doesn't himself provide) in every area of the house. As a favour, Gilles brought over a roofer to assess mine. - They met commitments; when they said they were going to be over they were. - They're efficient/thorough; they came prepared at every stage of the tiling process, did the work, cleaned up, outlined our next steps and were done. I was able to watch G&G magic Touch Services as they did the work and they were always generous with advice and explanations. I learned a lot from them and through all the questions I had about tiling and home renovations in general, I was able to see how skilled and knowledgeable they are - truly an asset. I will absolutely hire G&G Magic Touch Services again, whether I need them to do work in my current house, or another one in the future. They are a pleasure to do business with and I look forward to working with them again.
