15 year old home. Have had issues with exterior faucets for years. YouTube/Home Depot staff advice had not helped Tornado took the job. Was excellent in communicating availability and was on time for the appointment. Solved the issue and provided education on how to monitor going forward. Didn't try to upsell. A windstorm broke two of our fence posts, and knocked down the entire fence. Yuri responded quickly to out repair request. He asked great questions so he would be prepared with all the materials when he arrived. He worked efficiently and was very pleasant to us and our neighbors. He quickly dug the holes removed the old concrete, inserted the new poles and even did a great job of cleaning the mess. He was able to salvage all of the fence panels. He even helped fix our leaking outside tap while he was preparing the concrete. Highly recommend when you need a quick job done well. Thanks Yuri.
