I have an ancient humidifier that was making horrible sounds. Ben from Neptune Plumbing came out and was able to fix it instead of selling me a new one. He was professional and upfront with all my options. I’ve used them before after another plumber mess up my kitchen. They are always consistent.

I called Justintime to clean out my ducts and look at my furnace. They showed up promptly. I had a groupon deal but it was clear in the description that I would be paying for any extra vents above 10. I also knew my furnace had problems. After meeting the technicians I felt comfortable with the parts they replaced and the prices....I even googled the parts and pricing while I was waiting and the problems were exactly what they told me. I will use them again.

I used IKEA as part of my kitchen renovations. I had problems with their recommended installer. I went to IKEA and spoke to the kitchen manager and she said she’d get back to me I waited over a month and their was no response. I went a second time and spoke to another manger, I gave him a copy of emails and bills. He said he would get back to me. No one ever did. A month later I went back to the store, I spoke to 2 more people. At this point they looked me up in the system and found none of my complaints had been registered. They gave me a case number, said they call me back that day, it’s beem two weeks and I still haven’t heard anything. At this point I give up. I won’t be buying anything more from them.

I used another plumber, that had been recommended on this site, for my kitchen renovation. It was a terrible experience. Neptune plumbing was able to come and quickly resolve the issues and bring my kitchen plumbing up to code. They will be my first call next time.

I was really impressed with the service. Everyone was competent and professional. They helped me figure out what kind of sink would work best even when it wasn’t one that they sold. The templater was thorough and everything fit exactly as planned. The installation went smoothly. I was happy I used them.

I loved working with Modus. I really had no idea what I was doing when it came to renovating my kitchen but they were amazing at helping me figure out all the steps and what order I needed to do them in. The demolition and installion went well. Everyone was on time, polite, and careful with the walls and flooring. I used their recommendations for the countertop and received excellent service. I used their recommended plumber and was not happy with the results. I was also disappointed with Modus’s response to Plumbing situation.

I was very pleased with About Painting. They were able to come out and give me a quote quickly. They quoted me a best case scenario and worst case; I had two really dark walls that might have needed 3 coats. So I knew exactly what to expect. The painters were on time, professional, and did an exceptional job. I plan on using them again for future projects.
