I used IKEA as part of my kitchen renovations. I had problems with their recommended installer. I went to IKEA and spoke to the kitchen manager and she said she’d get back to me I waited over a month and their was no response. I went a second time and spoke to another manger, I gave him a copy of emails and bills. He said he would get back to me. No one ever did. A month later I went back to the store, I spoke to 2 more people. At this point they looked me up in the system and found none of my complaints had been registered. They gave me a case number, said they call me back that day, it’s beem two weeks and I still haven’t heard anything. At this point I give up. I won’t be buying anything more from them.
