Bad warranty and RIP off service charges
I replaced my whole home with windows and patio doors I had an issue approx 2 years ago with 1 window The seal was gone I had to fight tooth and nail to get it replaced The issue was they wanted there service charge payment before any work was completed I never pay before work is complete, the most standard rule when dealing with contractors This went on for 3 months I had to take them to the better business bureau Got it done and I paid the service charge Now I have an issue with my patio door the screen fell out I was able to get 3 of the 4 wheels back on its track I call CONSUMERS CHOUCE and they are telling me they are charging 150 dollars to fix it. A 3 minute job and that was the gentleman's own words over the phone that said it would only take 3 minutes to fix. I guess they dont like to service their work I will NEVER use this company again and I will post this on every website that people are looking for reputable contractors and they will have to learn the hard way I am truly disappointed that customer satisfaction is not on their list
