They were chatting with my neighbors during the moves, having ice cream and I have very small amount of stuff to move to my new home which it took 5.5hrs of me rushing them so much. There were 3 guys that I was paying for, but only it was worth less than 2 guys of work. They were way too slow, taking their time. I have never paid this much money for my moves in my life for the work they have done. And he was trying to rate himself on my cellphone to get the good review on their work.

I read your review and I would like to complete your review since you missed below important points,
First, you booked for JULY 14.2017 and after I set up the plan and crew you changed it for July 19 at 10:00 AM .
Then in the MORNING of your moving date you CHANGED the time 3 times which it cost me more money to pay to my crew and I NEVER mentioned it to you and I should have charge you more money that I did not do.
Then we started the job at 3:45 PM in 123 Sun dragon Trail, Bradford West Gwillimbury ON. and you had not packed everything yet at 3:45pm.
You mentioned that you had small amount of belongings but 3 bedroom house with 2 full bedroom upstairs ,full main floor and living room ,full of HEAVY BOXES in the basement and also sofa set in the basement that we disassembled the legs , and full garage.<< IT WAS NOT SMALL MOVE >>
Moreover ,I am wondering why you hire 3 movers if you claim you had a small move .
2- driving 3 bedroom house with the truck from :
123 Sundragon trail ,Bradford
TO : Toronto area
is almost an hour and I had NEVER stop on the road even for a coffee or .......
3- about the ice cream the operator of ice cream truck offered free ice cream to my crew while he was selling to your neighbours and I do not know what was your problem with your neighbours and it is not my business to know that.
Anyhow in entire your move you are aware that we did not take EVEN 5 minutes break and it was an extremely hot day .July 19 is just 3 days ago you can check the weather for that day.
4- please make sure next time on your moving date to provide ride for your mother and do not rush your mover for closing the door in order to arrive lawyer office to pick up the key or take a chance and let your movers come earlier to be on time for your lawyer.
Although you asked me to coordinate with you if I can give ride to your mother but I could not because truck has 3 seat and it is illegal to put my crew in the box of truck in order to fix your miss plan program.
In Addition you got high quality service by my company without any damage or even single scratch on your belonging and property ;Moreover ,5:30 hours is decent time to move 3 bedroom house from Bradford to your new triangle shaped house with lots of stairs located at this address 133 Glenmanor way ,Thornhill .
