First time to use this company (referred by a friend), very impressed on timely manner that the job was scheduled, looked over & determined what may be the plumbing issues. Detailed, verbal, courteous & honest explanation on what full job may entail. Appreciate sincerity & a person you can rely on. Secondly, Bryant returned to finish up my basement issue using Covid-19 protocol, was VERY professional, took a complete video totally explaining the whole procedure. I have called The Sprinkler Company on a few occasions & must say they are professional, courteous, kind & prompt. Unfortunately, they were not the company I dealt with to have my original sprinkler system installed. If I had known about them 5 years ago, I most definitely would have appreciated in knowing they were, are & have been a reliable company. The service person (Daniel) was knowledgeable, personable, understanding of my needs, polite & professional. These are very important values today & I appreciated that he took the time to fully explain what was going on with my 4-5 year old sprinkler system. I did have to have the main controller replaced but was unaware that there was only a 3-year warranty on this as it was never explained to me by the original installer. I would highly recommend The Sprinkler Company.

I was recommended to shop at this store and now I know why. The personal assistance was without pressure to buy, items were well explained, you can choose your own personal colour and the furniture was gorgeous! It seems today that most places pounce on you to buy, I felt comfortable in taking my time, could pick and choose how much foam comfort I wanted in the couch. The delivery was right on time, professional and the couch is awesome! Thank you for your kindness and expertise.

I found this company very professional and friendly. I have a two year old sprinkler system and called as the company I had used has closed without notice. The Sprinkler Company had no issues whatsoever with that & within two days were at my home on time, extremely helpful, good price and I now have a functioning system.
