It was a pleasant experience working with this company. My air conditioning stopped working. From the initial contact with my communication with Alison who was so kind to assist me to troubleshoot the most common reasons for AC units to break down before deciding a technician was really needed to come. They were able to send a technician on the same day. Len was our technician. He was quick to diagnose the problem, he explained everything and was patient to answer all our questions. Our AC was fixed on the same day but there was another issue with our furnace so the company followed up with us for the next several days. Their customer service is really great! We were very satisfied.

Many thanks to Adi and Closet Town for the beautiful walk-in closet that was done. Adi was exceptional to work with from start to finish providing us with great suggestions on the design aspect and the finished product was in high quality with respect to the material and the installation. Adi also went his extra way to come on a day to help with taking down our existing shelves which was greatly appreciated! Thank you Adi for making this project extremely smooth and pleasant for us!
