I did a lot of research before hiring Clera given the cost of the project. We did the order in April and the install was in October. I dont blame them for supply issues and I asked for an extension due to family reasons. Roman and his crew completed the work in one day and they did a phenomenal job. Perfect careful install of gorgeous custom windows and doors. They even cleaned up. Rod came by the look and was always responsive to my calls. I am very happy. Would recommend highly.

I don't even call other companies anymore. A&A has handled two major jobs and this year did some parging work to protect my home's foundation. As usual, the work is perfect, the customer service is exemplary, and the price and warranty are great. Glen was very friendly and accommodating in taking care of the estimate. Dwight showed up less than 24 hours later and did the whole job in one shot, didn't even stop to use the washroom! This is the only Masonry contractor I'll work with.

I had worked with John, Darren and the crew last year on my front porch and they did a beautiful job. So I was pleased to go with them to redo my concrete basement walkout. There were some uncertainties about the state s of the walls under 3" of crumbling parging. John answered all my questions patiently, often by SMS late at night. Once the work began, Bryton and his crew were amazing, despite a late winter storm and very cold temperatures. The work is gorgeous, the walls were sound and I am confident in their quality. Very professional, reliable and fair, I would hire them again in the future.

I called for a simple dishwasher door repair. I should have known right away not to proceed with hiring them when they kept giving me different amounts for the work. Technician was sent out a week after initial call. Replaced cables and hinges. Next day door breaks again. This company wants me to fill out a warranty form for their head technician to review so they can decide whether or not to do the job properly! And their rude phone rep hung up on me twice. Stay away!

The work quality and service I received from John, Darren and Paul and their teams is truly second to none. The project involved demolishing an existing concrete porch, pouring a new one and finishing with rubber coating. There were weather issues, gas line issues and regular life issues and A &A was beyond responsive and professional. And the quality of the work is now the envy of my neighbourhood! I would absolutely recommend them and hire them again.

This went from a minor capping job to a full coordination with Enbridge and the masonry contractors I hired because of a faulty shutoff valve on my gas meter. Dave and his guys were beyond fantastic - flexible, responsive, professional. He even coordinated with Enbridge on my behalf and I never lost my spot in the queue regardless of the long delay. Thanks Dave and Quickfast!!

I have a double spot behind my home in a laneway that was unpaved and a safety hazard in winter due to pooling water that freezes, effectively creating a skating rink. In summery of 2014, I called three companies and two called me back, one of which was Joe's. He came out, did an estimate and I could tell right away I made a good choice. He was friendly and frank about the issues and the cost (narrow laneway, bad grading) that would affect the project. I went ahead and his team did the work. Over this past winter, I noticed there was still pooling/freezing happening, and as soon as the ice and snow were gone I called Joe about the problem. He responded immediately and was very attentive after that. His team came out on a Saturday morning to fix the job, which looks great, and solved the pooling issue. To me, the true sign of a good company is one that fixes problems after you have paid the bill and said goodbye. They know their reputation depends on doing work that stands the test of time. Metro Wide Paving is one of those companies. My neighbour has his driveway repaved and is unhappy. I told him he should have called Joe!

Warren, Paul and Adam were fantastic! Highly professional, very fast and they did a perfect job repainting our entire home top to bottom. It was a pleasure to have them in our home for the brief period of time they were here! They are perfectionists with their work, show up spot on time and always when they say they will, and get the job done. They even give helped us get some specialty work done with one of their fellow painter colleagues, and she was fabulous as well! We are very lucky to have found them and would (and have) recommended them to everyone looking for a painter.
