Whirlpool directed us to this repair company for our ikea microwave. It’s been two weeks since initial call. Said they had to order but gave no indication of when they would return. Called them after a few days, said part was not in. Called whirlpool on day 12, they said part was not back ordered and company would call us within 24 hrs. Day 15... no word. I called them, woman that answered phone sounded spaced out, tried telling me part was back ordered, when I told her whirlpool says it isn’t she had a vague response about needing to call her supplier, blah blah, I will call with info. Incredibly insincere, terrible service. Will be asking Whirlpool for another repair company
